No subscription or trial is offered through the current public evaluation. Account creation and checkout are paused. Any displayed future price is a validation hypothesis, not an active purchase offer.

Permitted evaluation data

Use only synthetic or owner-controlled supply inventory without patient, chart, treatment, diagnosis, or other protected health information. Files are limited to the documented CSV contract and are processed in the browser.

Informational findings

Findings are deterministic evaluations of owner-entered quantities, PAR levels, vendors, and unit prices. They are not verified quotes or guaranteed savings. Confirm equivalent product, unit, pack size, shipping and fees, and quote date before acting.

No ordering or vendor action

The workbench does not place orders, connect to vendors, change production inventory, or persist corrections. You remain responsible for physical counts and purchasing decisions.

Existing users

Existing-user sign-in remains available. These evaluation terms do not create a new account, subscription, entitlement, or renewal and do not replace any separately documented agreement applicable to an existing account.
