These lightweight terms support pilot and early commercial use. They should be reviewed by counsel before broad rollout or enterprise contracting.
Service use
Practice Stock Wise provides software for inventory tracking, reorder workflows, supply analytics, and operational decision support. Customers remain responsible for purchasing decisions and clinical supply controls.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and ensuring that authorized team members use the service appropriately.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans may be billed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Pricing, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented during checkout or sales review.
Compliance review
Customers in regulated environments should confirm whether their intended use requires additional agreements, certifications, or controls before production deployment.
